Life Reborn
For so long, my world was confined within four walls, my reality limited to the glow of a laptop screen. Now, I can confidently say my life has been reborn. I’m experiencing the simple joys that others take for granted, things I once only dreamt of, things I thought were forever beyond my reach.
Leaving home was a distant dream just months ago. But now, it’s a reality. I can roam freely, without needing someone to lift me into a car. My new vehicle, equipped with a ramp, grants me a newfound independence.
Yesterday, I visited Lulu Mall, and explored it alongside my mom and my closest friend, who’s like a brother to me – Najah. He’s my constant support, always there, helping me navigate this new world. We even went to watch the highly anticipated movie “L2: Empuraan”. As a huge fan of Mohanlal, the king of the Malayalam film industry, it was a double delight – enjoying the film and the mall experience.
But the most precious moment was taking my mom out and taking her to a restaurant. It was our first time sharing a meal outside our home, a memory we’ll cherish forever. We laughed, we talked, we simply enjoyed being together. It feels like I’m finally living, truly living.
My life has been reborn. I feel incredibly blessed for these moments, for this sense of justice. I want to express my love for this newfound freedom, Love You Zindagi.
